Tristan's favourite game at home was fetching a gardening glove.  He had started this game by taking the glove off your hand so he could carry it.  Sooner or later he would put it down somewhere in the yard.  We were surprised at first when we asked him 'Where's the glove?' and he raced off and retrieved it.

He then learned to fetch a glove which had we had placed somewhere in our acre yard.  He would search for it with great joy and return with the glove

triumphantly.  He loved this game!  With the right training he could have been a good tracking or search and rescue dog.

Tristan was a very special dog who we called 'Bear'.  He will never be forgotten and will remain a part of our lives forever.
