When Jason was young he used to love to swim, but he never took the time to work out if he could get back out of the river again.  He seemed to always pick the steepest part of the bank.  Many times we had to lie in the mud and dirt to help him out of the water.  One particular time the bank was so soft it gave way and in a

flash Clive was up to his elbows in muddy water!

We used to have a rule about muddy dogs in the new car, but we had to change it in a hurry.

Jason loved to eat Granny Smith apples which he used to take off our apple tree and munch.  An apple became his reward after a successful training session!

Jason was a wonderful dog and he will always be
